The service

Yazhar is a monthly service by CBA GLOBAL FZCO, United Arab Emirates. Depending on the plan: we write articles and publish them on your site every week, list your business in real directories and sites, and give you a dashboard with Google Search Console data and ChatGPT/Gemini citations. We do not promise any position in search results, any number of visits or any sales.

Trial and payment

A subscription starts with a 7-day trial. Your card is requested at the start and nothing is charged during the trial days. The amount and date of the first charge are written on the checkout page before you confirm, and in the email you receive afterwards. After the trial the subscription is charged monthly in your country's currency at the price shown when you subscribed.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the manage-subscription link in your email or by messaging us. Cancelling stops the next charge; there is no commitment period.

Refunds

Within 7 days of the first charge, ask for a refund and we return the full amount. After that the current month is not refunded, and cancelling stops the following months.

Content

Articles published on your own site stay yours after cancellation. Content we host (a blog on a subdomain, or the dashboard) is removed 30 days after cancellation. You can ask for a copy before then.

What we need from you

Access to publish articles on your site (or your agreement to a hosted blog), a Google Search Console connection for the dashboard, and your review of what we send if you chose to review before publishing. You are responsible for your business and its content being lawful in your country.

Liability

We provide the service with care but without any guarantee of search engine or AI model results, which are outside our control. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
